Description: Cymbidium orchids are sometimes called Boat Orchids. They come in showy vibrant colors and have thick waxy petals with a boat shaped lip.
Shelf Life Tips: Cymbidiums can last from one to three weeks as a cut flower when cared for.
Fun Facts: The word Cymbidium is derived from the Greek word ‘kymbos’ which means ‘boat’ and actually refers to the flower’s boat shaped lip.
